Sacred Play Autumn Retreat
Saturday October 12th
9am-9pm
in Poway, CA
“Play gives you a way to jumpstart your intentions and dreams into action.”
You are lovingly invited to a day long retreat; A seasonal celebration of the regenerative intelligence flowing through–and uniting–all living beings.
In the spirit of Sacred Play, we will gather and ground.
Wax and weave.
Breathe. Release.
Come closer.
Our day unfolds in the great outdoors, connecting with the energy of earth, air, fire, water, and ether. We’ll explore embodied expression through intentional movement, music, and connection games, while harmonizing our nervous systems with sensory walks, nourishing meals, and heart sharing.
The day will end with a smooth, luscious sound healing to support your integration.
This unique guided journey is open to people of all ages and philosophical backgrounds, with breakout sessions provided for children between whole group integrations.
Please contact Gina Tang at Little Shepherds if you plan to bring your children, to ensure this day of sacred play is a fit for you & your family.
